Uegama Architecture specializes in creating custom architectural solutions for residential and commercial projects. Each client’s unique challenge is considered and researched at the beginning of each project. Our design process is client-centered and focuses on client engagement and participation.

Jen’s professional experience encompasses more than a decade of both residential and commercial projects, big and small. She is a registered Architect with the AIBC. She strives for each day to be a careful balance of family, work, friends and community.

Residential
Every residential project is unique and requires a thoughtful ear and careful design process. We can assist you with multi-family homes, single-family homes, laneway houses, live/work studios, renovations and new construction. Project locations are largely in Metro Vancouver, but also include the Okanagan, the Sea to Sky corridor, the Sunshine Coast and the Gulf Islands.
Commercial
We can assist you with a wide range of commercial projects including tenant improvements, retail spaces, clothing boutiques, corporate offices, art studios and more. We work closely with our clients to ensure that we are delivering a design that will be successful for your unique business.
Sustainability
Sustainable architecture is a social and professional responsibility. We will work with you to incorporate sustainable elements into your projects in an affordable and practical way. We can help guide you through the selection of products, technologies, strategies and building practices that are sustainable and environmentally friendly and that fit your green goals.
Planning
Embarking on a design and construction project can be very overwhelming. There are nuances to the process that we can help you to navigate in order to save you time and money. We can assist with zoning analysis, development approvals and rezoning applications, public engagement + consultation, Board of Variance, Heritage retention, and general navigation of City Hall.
